Shipping Procedure
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that we have started processing your order. This usually takes 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Once processed, your order will be shipped and you will receive another email with tracking details so you can check where your order is at any time. You can expect your order to arrive in approximately 3-4 business days (Monday-Friday). Best of all, we offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Unfortunately, sometimes you may receive damaged or incorrect goods. We sincerely apologize for this, but don't despair. Please take photos of the damaged goods and send them to support@fayden.co.uk. We will investigate and resolve your case immediately. Thank you for your patience.

Delays
Has the maximum delivery time passed and you still haven't received your order? Don't despair and please wait another 2 business days (Monday-Friday) and don't forget to use your tracking code. If your shipment still hasn't arrived, contact us and provide your order number. We will help you find your order and deliver it as quickly as possible.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us at support@fayden.co.uk. Please ensure you contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped out, we won't be able to cancel it anymore.
